Using An Outside Wood Furnace Safely

Using an outside wood furnace safely is important. An outside wood furnace should be placed in a well ventilated area and be put securely on a concrete slab or on brick pavement blocks. If the wood furnace is near a structure, make sure the plume is not ventilating smoke into the structure. Also be sure to not to put to much wood into the furnace or you will overload it may cause the fire to not build properly or you could cause an explosion. After you are done burning wood in the outside wood furnace, be sure to clean out the left over ash and debris before you use it again.
